Send the address and a sentence about what you are picturing. We come back with a range and the permit path for that specific property.
Request an estimate
The address and the wall construction matter more than the dimensions. Together they settle the jurisdiction and the connection detail, which is most of the design.
After you send it
City limits, another Panhandle town, or unincorporated county. This decides the permit path and part of the price, and one of those options has no building permit at all.
Built from the published bands used across this site, adjusted for what you have described.
Wall construction, slab condition, roof line above, services underground and the afternoon sun. No charge.
Roof type, span, post positions, footing approach and what is excluded, so you can compare quotes on the same basis.
Spans and connections, with stamped drawings where the jurisdiction or the span requires them.
Application and review where applicable, then footings through to final inspection.
Useful to include
This site does not publish a phone number or email address, because the business has not supplied ones to publish. A fabricated contact detail would be worse than an absence, so the form is currently the way to reach us.
Questions
We read it, and if the address tells us something important, such as the property sitting outside city limits where there is no building permit, or inside an association with an architectural committee, we mention that in the first reply.
Then we arrange a walkthrough. That visit is where a rough idea turns into a real scope, because the wall and the slab answer questions a form cannot.
Yes, and there is no obligation attached. It is also where we tell you if the thing you are picturing does not suit your house, which is worth more than a polite estimate for a structure that should not be built that way.
The property address is the single most useful thing, because it settles the jurisdiction and often the soil. After that: what your exterior wall is made of, whether there is a slab already and roughly what size you are picturing.
Photographs are more useful than dimensions. One of the wall where the cover would attach, and one of the existing patio, tell us most of what we need.
We give ranges, not quotes, before a site visit. A range built from published bands is honest. A firm number for a house nobody has seen is a guess dressed as a price, and it changes.
The cost calculators will give you a range immediately if you want one before making contact.
Amarillo and 26 surrounding communities and neighbourhoods across the Panhandle, including Canyon, Borger, Pampa, Dumas, Hereford and the canyon communities south of the city. Distance mostly affects scheduling. Where it affects price we say so up front.
Or start with numbers
The calculators use the same published bands we quote from, with the Amarillo permit worked out from the City schedule. Two minutes and you will know whether it fits your budget.
